Northumbria Walking Group Description
Welcome to public Facebook page of the Northumbria Walking Group, part of the Ramblers.
We are a walking group for the 20's, 30's and 40 somethings based in and around the Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland and Durham areas. We lead a wide range of walks across the North East of England and further afield with a healthy calendar of social events which include trips abroad, theatre, restaurant, cinema, live music evenings and art exhibitions.
We welcome new members and do offer 2 free trial walks. For subsequent walks we ask everyone to join the Ramblers Charity - http://www. ramblers.org. uk /become-a-member. aspx allocating their membership to the Northumbria Walking Group.
