unless you own a bike worth 3k or more don't bother going here as they just look down their noses at you and ive been a few times and been really disappointed with the customer service level and feel that they don't want the work or want to help if your bike is only a simple bike, hey ho lesson learnt anyway ill never go again or recommend to anyone....

Saved me butt. Travelling around in a van I needed my seatpost bled. Rang these guys in extremely short notice and 30 minutes later it was done.
Unbelievably great service and helpful tips on where to ride.
If all bike shops were like this, website sellers would be out of business.

Purchasing a set of pedals from an online retailer during their sale, to replace the toe clips on my 3 week old road bike. How hard could it be?

I first tried at home, with no success, resulting in heading to the parents where a larger choice of tools was available, and the old man to assist.

Lots of effing & jeffing, swinging off spanners, we finally admitted defeat and my dad suggesting calling into NWMBC.

We called in early Saturday afternoon, explaining the situation, the chap behind the counter happily asked me to bring in the bike, and he set to work.

Within 10mins the pedals were changed, and some advice offered about positioning cleats on the shoes was welcome.

Excellent service, friendly staff, who really helped out, and clearly have lots of experience and knowledge about all things bike.

A fantastic bike shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff!! I took my mountain bike in for a new rear spindle as the quick release snapped. I fully expected to leave the bike with them for a few days and pay over £50 for the part alone. However, Carl was able to find a work around at half the price and I left with with my bike 30 mins later. Excellent customer service. Thanks guys.

North West Mountain Bike Centre is just the best. Servicing is second to none. All the staff are friendly and really know there stuff. They stock some great product from Santa Cruz to Hadley hubs and more. so if you want a mountain, road or BMX bike look no further. They are experts in their field.

Never less than superb! I know my way around bikes (I'm a coach and qualified mechanic) but when I get stuck with a repair or need an emergency spare, NWMTB have come through for me, every time! Knowledge, passion for riding and serious roots in cycling. Highly recommended whether you're a beginner, commuter or a race expert!
