Northwood was established in 1985 and for almost 30 years we have been highly regarded within the industry for supplying the finest quality timber products. We have also gained a reputation for our extensive knowledge. Collectively, our team has well over 200 years of experience in the timber trade, so we know our wood.

As one of the last remaining fully operational and privately owned sawmills in the South East of England we take pride in our knowledge of the industry and our highly regarded reputation built up over many years.

We are able to source and supply other selected American and Internationally grown hardwoods as well as softwoods. Therefore we aim to supply all your timber requirements.

We care deeply for the environment so we mainly deal with FSC and PEFC certified suppliers, and to give you the best possible service, our staff are all highly trained professionals. Collectively we have over 200 years of experience in the timber trade at your disposal. At Northwood we are happy to deal with everything from the smallest to the largest of projects.
