I am just in the process of buying my fourth car from Norton Way Mazda. I, as always am delighted with the car and the service I received. When I arrived, I was offered tea or coffee and my salesman Richard Surbey couldn't have been more attentive to my needs. He spent time answering my questions and going through everything in detail with me. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming and I always leave with a smile on my face.

Bought a Mazda 6 earlier this month. Very good communication with the team, Zoe was very helpful. She answered to all my questions and she made the process to be very smooth and quick. Thank you Zoe for your effort and to Stuart also a big thank you.

After my partner brought her car from here and was very well looked after great service and after sales. I decided to buy my car from there had a new sales rep so few minor glitches but over all great service well looked after that was until the car was off the forecourt. The car developed a vibration (injection fault) the Bluetooth failed and cigar lighter stopped working. Brought it in for the engineer to look at and confirmed it was the injectors and all issues would be resolved under the warranty. Great no problems. 2 months later 9 phones call and I'm still waiting for the work to be done also been informed by my mechanic that the car has been recalled due to handbrake issues nothing from mazda to say this will be resolved either. Very disappointed as I hear great things about this place and I seem to be one of the very few that has just been dismissed.
