just popped in here with my sister for a quick cuppa in our lunchtime from work. I used to go here with friends in the 70's and completely forgot about it tucked away in a forgotten area of Bournemouth. It hasnt changed a bit! Great menu, very friendly staff and very clean. We will definately be back.

Went here for a quick bit to eat. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

We were worried that the kitchen shut in 20 mins when we arrived, but no need, two breakfasts, a jacket potato and sirloin steak and chips etc, not a problem! Friendly staff and relaxing environment.

Came here yesterday as heard so much about this place and seen great reviews on the Bournemouth Echo Facebook page, so wanted to try it out. I left so satisfied just wanting more! It is the by far the BEST breakfast you will ever have! It was so good for me, I haven't shut up about it since I left! Lol

Now I can see why so many people raved about it. The food was impeccable and the price was decent. The atmosphere was lovely, staff were friendly and it was very clean. All round this place deserves nothing short of 5 stars. Thank you for a great experience Norwegian Wood! �� I will definitely be coming back!! ��

Best breakfast around, i deliberately shop in Bournemouth so I can come here. The ladies are so so lovely and couldn't ask for anything more from them. I'm definitely a regular and love it 😍😍

After a fire broke out in Oasis and we were all evacuated out (leaving all our belongings behind) my son's birthday party guests all squeezed into Norwegian Wood for some emergency food. They were so so helpful and accommodating. Thankyou for saving the day guys!!

If you are looking for cheap food to fill a hole then fair enough....used to be lovely before the new owners though...was very disappointed with my breakfast the other day...

First time back since their refurb as our regular cafe was closed & how it's changed.The breakfast we used to regularly have has been cut down in size & price gone up,also very oily!.

Will stick with what we know in future.

I went there to have a very simple mushroom omelette, it was full of tinned mushrooms which as you know are completely tasteless also there was hardy any eggs in the omelette, one of the reasons that I used to use Norwegian Wood so regularly in the past was because of the good food and great customer service, sadly since the change over of owners both are badly missing and if you can't cook a simple omelette then you should not own a cafe and I will never go there again.
