I went there to ask them for information, and they were really rude and unpolite. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had to give this place one star because I could not give it zero.

these people do not care about your bike or your safety. They only care about getting paid.
This is the second time bringing mly bike there and both times they tried to take the piss by trying to charge for unnecessary fixes & part replacements. However, this time they tried to charge me for fixes and replacements that were worth more than the bike is worth itself when i only needed them to fix a tire puncture.

This did not make sense to me as my bike is only 5 or 6 months old and the problems they pointed out this time were some of the things they repaired the last time i took my bike in plus a lot more and it has not been more than two months since the last time. So, this time I refused all of the unnecessary work and only had them fix the puncture. After i refused the unnecessary work to my relatively new bike, tgey tried to talk me out of it and even tried to sell me one of their bikes.

After finally getting them just to fix my puncture... on my second ride after the repair i notice that my bike is now all of a sudden missing the nut that secures my pedal to the axel and my rear wheel is now loose making it unrideable. I'm not one to speculate but this is rather coincidental as my bike is only a couple months old and was perfectly rideable (appart from the puncture) before i took it into the shop.

I really would not recommend this repair shop regardless of the convenience of it being on campus. They will either rip you off or create more problems.

Helpful people, were always ready to assist me with any issues I had with my bicycle. Super convenient and fairly reasonably priced.

Helpful beyond the call of duty. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Prices for some parts are very competitive, particularly wheels. A couple of years ago what I thought was a problem with my bottom bracket (a well-known shop in the city quoted £49 for a new bottom bracket) turned out to be something else entirely and I was charged only a nominal fee.
