Please put in your diaries - Chapelfield shops and Norwich Shopmobility will be closed on April 12th 2020 (Easter Sunday).

Whilst we always try to give our clients the best service, it may be that you have an idea how we could improve on what we're doing. If so, don't keep it to yourself, let us know. Regretfully, due to staff illness, we will have to close at 4pm on Saturday 28th December, with scooters and wheelchairs returned by 3.30pm. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to all our customers new and old. May I take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy New Year when it arrives. Jez

Our Christmas opening hours will be as follows: 24.12.19. 9-2 25.12.19. Shut 26.12.19. 10-6 27.12.19. 9-7... 28.12.19. 9-7 29.12.19. 11-5 30.12.19. 9-6 31.12.19. 9-6 1.1.20. 10-6
N.B.We are open on New Year's Day. If Chapelfield shops close earlier than our opening times, we will close at the same time as them, if we have no vehicles hired out.
To book scooters or wheelchairs in this busy period please ring the office to avoid disappointment.

Please remember to get a car parking ticket on entry to Chapelfield car park (and not register your credit or debit card) or we will not be able to validate your parking. Jez

Norwich Shopmobility are currently undertaking a survey of members, and Non-member to discover what we are doing right and, probably more importantly, what we are not getting right! If you hire a scooter or wheelchair soon you'll be given a questionnaire, but if anyone would like one just send your email address to norwichshopmobility@gmail.com and I'll send one out to you.
