Nottingham Belfry

Good value hotel. Clean tidy and with good facilities. Lawrence Restaurant is well furnished with good ambience although the menu may be limited for some.

A standard out of town UK conference hotel. Rooms was fairly well appointed although tired. 'Double bed' was actually two beds put together, both were at different heights, and totally different mattresses they also moved apart from each other during the night. Attended a conference here, food was terrible, room service, conference food, and breakfast. It's 20 minutes out of town and you're stuck in a place with limited and poor dining options. Not worth the £120 per night. Would not stay here again and won't be going back to the conference if they use this hotel in the future.

Parking free, loads of extras including gym, swimming pool etc. Friendly and helpful staff with a warm welcome. Restaurant food was also incredible and there was some healthy options. The room was nice, clean and welcoming. My only issue was no bath, and the shower was very underpowered.... maybe that was just my room

A friend and I attended the spa yesterday for my birthday celebrations. We had the spa package for two including a massage, lunch and use of the facilities. It was brilliant from start to finish and I would highly recommend it. Lovely and very helpful staff, great lunch and plenty of it and really good facilities. The massage that my friend and I had was great also! Very happy customers here! :)

Staff were welcoming and professional and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was disappointed with the lack of breakfast the next morning concidering there was another half an hour before it closed. Prices at the restaurant and the bar were also extortionate. Good parking and easily assessable from M1

Excellent stay. Lovely food. Great spa treatments. Facilities could be bigger but no complaints here.

Warm welcome on check in and all facilities explained. Room and bathroom both nicely decorated and clean. Shower was separate from bath tub and very good. Didn't get a chance to use the pool and spa sadly but this looked great. Breakfast selection was fairly wide but only a buffet. Having cooked to order eggs would be an improvement.

Stayed here for 1 night mid week after attending a wedding at a nearby venue. On checking in at reception we were informed that breakfast would be served the following morning (Thursday 24th August) between 7.30am and 10.30am. The room was lovely, well equipped and we had a very peaceful nights sleep in the comfortable bed. After spending a leisurely morning watching TV in bed we wondered down to the breakfast room at 9.45 only to be told breakfast service finished at 9.30am midweek!!! We were offered no apology and no meal alternative. This really did spoil what would otherwise have been a great stay.
After paying £111 for this hotel I think the evening reception staff should be better trained at giving guests the correct information.

I went here with 2 friends for a girls spa weekend.

The room was amazing and a brilliant size for three people (although the bathroom could have done with a better clean).

The inclusive food was all amazing, and a great 3-course meal option for our £28 allowance.

The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were a little on the small side, and there were only 4 loungers, so we were stuck sitting on normal chairs... there was no other place to just sit an relax (as the bar area was freezing!).

personally, I found my treatment amazing and the therapist (Emma) was brill. My friends said that their therapists talked and tried to up-sell products all the way through... i would have hated that! You dont get a massage to be given the hard sale :/

Overall a good experience and worth the £114 we paid.

Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant. Designed for business travelers more than weekend breaks. Swimming pool was busy and noisy. Gym is small but well equipped.

Just enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing Spa weekend with my daughters. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The spa staff were extremely professional and treatments were excellent. The meals were delicious and unhurried. I would thoroughly recommend for a quiet weekend away to pamper.

Lovely and welcoming staff, both in the hotel and the leisure club. Treatments provided in the leisure clubs spa were excellent. Would recommend to a friend and would definitely come again.

Everything from entering the building to leaving the building was absolutely lovely. All the staff were perfectly professional and very helpful. Drink and food we received was very nice and can recommend the Nottingham Belfry for all sorts of events.
