Our Hospice Night Support service helped 85-year-old Margaret stay in her Mansfield home in her final days, providing support and reassurance for family members as well as crucial care for Margaret at the end of her life.
The service - which helps patients and carers who need urgent palliative care and support in the night - is now being rolled out across Mansfield, Newark and Sherwood a...nd surrounding areas.

Elaine thought her guitar-playing days were over when cancer spread to her bones, severely limiting use of her arm.
Thanks to physio and massage at the hospice she's regained use of her arm and with tuition from guitar teacher Dave she's now playing ukulele! 👏👏👏
Today is World Cancer Day and we're sharing Elaine's story because it shows how we work with patients who have incurable cancer to help them make the most of the time they have left.

🚶‍♂️🏃‍♀️ We’ve got Great North Run places available for a minimum sponsorship of £250.
The £250 you raise could pay for overnight care in a patient's home, giving family members a much-needed rest knowing our nurse is there to manage pain and keep their loved one comfortable.
