When I attended this clinic I was welcomed by Carra, the first thing I noticed was how clean this place was. As I proceeded to have my scalp done I was made to feel very relaxed & at ease, Carra talked me through the whole process. The professional lengths Carra went to were impeccable. I visited Carra at the Nova Clinic after a warm & informative consulation & couldn't have been more pleased with the service.
