Charged £45 to swap a faulty small capacitor on a supply pcb, I pointed out to swap a relay and about 6 other caps also when i brought the pcb’s in, getting home only to find one cap changed.
So did the rest myself 👍🏻 make sure you thoroughly go through with them what you want to happen and make sure it’s done before parting with your cash. My mistake.

Super little place needed some microswitches fitting in a air conditioning controller from a Mercedes that had failed - could temperature up but not down also couldn'talter the fan speed
They replaced the tiny buttons and now works
Turned around in a few hours

I bought a secondhand hot tub that wasn't working with the idea I would be able to fix it up, but as well as the mechanical problems that I could fix the main circuit board itself needed some work as it wasn't functioning as it should be.

After googling lots of companies I decided to give these guys a call, on the phone they advised me that they had dealt with my kind of problem (Hot tub circuit boards) before and were confident they can fix it and gave me two quotes depending upon what the problem/ease of fixing it could be and they true to their word fixed it and stuck to their quote despite it being a much bigger job than it was initially thought.

I Live in London so had to post it to them along with all the necessary sensors (Trusting them that they would post it back to me after I paid them).

I was dealing with a chap called Steve he was fantastic he set up a mocked water flow through the heater in order to trick you into turning on and thinking it was installed back into the hot tub and tested it in as close to the real environment as possible.

although it wasn't an easy fix and most certainly not a quick one (it took quite a while longer than estimated) they sure enough as promised fixed the problem.

I wouldn't have 1 seconds hesitation in recommending Steve and his team they definitely know their stuff and are very nice people to deal with, will definitely be going back to them with any other similar problems I have in the future.

It's now about six months on from the fix and all is well and the hot tub is going strong with new plumbing new pump and a reconditioned circuit.

Couldn't solder or connect a connection on a pcb.. went to maplins. Bought a very small soldering tip . correct gauge steel wire . Maginifying stand .Trace board back . Connected via copper strip. Rebuilt. Happy days. No idea why they wouldn't do it..

I have used Nova for repairs to commercial kit, mainly fryers. They have always on time and fixed the issues.

Took my microwave for repair,and was expecting maybe 1 week,2 at the latest for repair. It got to 3 weeks and still nothing. I sent numerous emails to both email methods, with no reply to any of them. I eventually called them, to be told it had been assessed but did not contact me. I told them that I would come and pick it up that day as I was not pleased with the service received. I picked it up to find that there was a screw inside the microwave, which they could not be bothered to put back after assessment. Very poor service! Avoid!

Very helpful. Siemens said our combo microwave was scrap when the Start button stopped working. A new one was £750.

Nova said they would take a look and saw these types of things as a challenge!

So I'm delighted that they fixed it and for a modest charge too.

I would definitely use again and recommend.
