Really upset with my hair done here.

I booked an appoitment saying that I wanted my hair dying to avoid roota growing out. I ha been travelling, the sun had dyed my hair patchy and I had dyed it to cover it up but roots had started showing. I explained I did't want to keep up to dying too.

My appointment was on Sunday and the hairdresser was lovely. I left happy enough with my hair but after washing it myself I could then see how bad it was. It is coloured in stripes- like a bee and the darker and lighter strips haven't covered up any roots just given me worse ones.

I messaged them asking for advise for a home dye to cover it up and as I do understand they wouldn't help. They did offer me another appointment however, I work over an hour away and don't get back to Lincoln until past 7pm. I am also not free on any more weekend as my family are all from Yorkshire/Derbyshire and I have plans.

I then asked for money back which they refused which although I understand considering I had to pay £73 for barely any cut and a bad dye the gesture to return some of an expensive cost would be nice. I have had to cover it up myself with a home dye much darker than my natural hair just to cover it up. Absolutely gutted especially as I have to say the staff were really nice.
