We are excited to welcome Kam Sokhi to the team at NRG Cavern.
Kam is a very experienced chef with 22 years in the industry. Kam has considerable experience as a chef, specialising in vegan and plant based cookery, and as pastry chef and cake artist. Other threads of Kam's work are as an eating psychology coach and teaching cookery masterclasses.
... We will be drawing on Kam's considerable experience and creativity to design a new exciting menu for 2019 that will offer a greater range of options and choice for our customers. This place is fabulous - such friendly staff and outstandingly delicious food. Today I didn't have time to stay but had 'take away' - scrumptious red pepper and basil soup and a banana muffin/cookie - all vegan and totally delicious!

Pretty impressed. I was on the look out for somewhere that had avocados on the menu (its my fav) and I was lucky to find this place. I was impressed that they have a brunch menu too. (Skipped breakfast oops)
I wasn't sure if I wanted to eat avo on toast or beans and avo on toast (as anyone can buy a tin of baked beans & plonk them on toast) I went for avo & beans on toast anyway and I did not regret it. The beans certainly did not come from a can but looked and tasted like they were made from scratch (Yummy!) It was delightful.
Sometimes it can be differcult to find nutritional food at cafes but this certainly satisfied my tastebuds. Thanks NRG Cavern. You will see me again lol

I totally recommend the food and the the staff are fantastic. I am at present eating healthy and this is my first point of call. I have had the best scrambled egg on toast ever!
I popped into get the new outrageous porridge and left with that and a power smoothie it was absolutely delicious and was huge definitely contributed to my 5 a day
