Established in 2009 we are an experienced and dynamic service with you are at the heart of the therapeutic process so being trained in various therapeutic approaches allows us to integrate techniques and tailor our approach to your needs, hence using evidence based research to inform our practice.
We provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental service working alongside you to support you in your exploration and achieve your goals in therapy.

We tailor the therapy to your needs using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, Person Centred, Mentalization based therapy and EMDR. The initial session will be an assessment session where we can explore what brings you to therapy and discuss what happens next. This session will give you a chance to experience the therapeutic relationship and to think about whether we are the right service for you.
We offer long term and short term therapy; this depends on your presenting problems and can be discussed in the assessment session.
