Nushnosh Description

Hi! I'm Anusha, mum of 1, user experience designer, foodie, entrepreneur and singer.
I run vegetarian food creativity workshops called Larder Unlimited.

The aim of the workshop:

1) Help you make the best of the ingredients you already have in your larder, without forcing you to necessarily follow recipes. You will learn how to build your own recipe!

2) This will help reduce waste of ingredients which usually happens when you don't know what to do with a particular ingredient that you have in excess or when you're having to go out and buy certain ingredients because a recipe calls for it.

3) If you've been considering eating more vegetarian meals but can't think beyond tofu, then this workshop will open your mind to the various possibilities that exist in the vegetarian world!

4) I also teach how to make some simple Indian street food /snacks using ingredients that can be found in South Asian shops in Cambridge.

I intend to run these workshops 3 times a year, so hope you'll join me at one of them!

Welcome to NushNosh, Andy and Louise!
I have Catherine, Arvind and Andy in today.
Let me know before every Tuesday evening if you're in or not, unless you are/will be a regular. You can do so by Liking the menu I put up or sending a msg/post to this page.
... Would help if you get your own boxes/containers to take the food away. If I have more regulars, I'll arrange for containers myself - not disposable ones, I'd like to keep things eco-friendly! You just need to bring them back for refilling your lunch the following week :)
Thanks everyone!
Anusha
