NuStart Electronics is a family owned and run company, established in 1985 to offer a sub-contract assembly facility to the local electronics industry. Our aim – to provide a top quality service at sensible pricing with on-time delivery to our customer’s schedules.

Conventional Pcb assembly with programmed flow soldering or hand soldering
Flow soldering converted to lead-free operation for RoHS compliance
Surface mount assembly with auto pick-and-place and infrared reflow conveyor oven
Fully RoHS compliant surface mount manufacturing facility
High power LED Opto-electronic placement on aluminium pcbs
Prototypes, pre-production and full production runs to your schedule
Free-issue, partial or fully procured component kits as preferred
Complete component sourcing service including PCBs, metalwork etc

Cable and mechanical assembly including labelling and packaging
