Can you help with some research?
Ben is investigating a few different things: 1) the impact of COVID-19 on psychological wellbeing and distress, 2) how this changes over a period of time (6-week follow-up) and finally, how a 6-week body-integrative and mindfulness course can impact upon that.

Here at [NUSU] Nightline we have a fantastic team of student volunteers who stand by to take calls every single night of term: whatever it is you'd like to talk about, from 8pm to 8am they're here to pick up the phone and listen.
We'd like to thank these listening volunteers for all the hard work they put in. They commit many hours during their time at University toward looking out for other students’ welfare, and for this they should be celebrated. Unfortunately, however, we... can't name our volunteers publicly in this post! This is to protect their anonymity.
Why are our volunteers anonymous? We never reveal the identities of any of our listening volunteers because that way you know that your call will be treated completely confidentially and without judgement. The only downside to this us that our volunteers don’t receive public recognition for the important job that they do – they are truly selfless!
Instead, we’d like to thank our group of volunteers as a whole, and leave you with some pictures of our mascot, Nev the Bear, enjoying some time around campus.

A huge shout out to all the study support volunteers from this academic year. Your classroom sessions were great! Good fun, engaging and most importantly helped boost the pupils confidence in that subject.
Were looking forward to getting back up and running hopefully expanding the project in more schools covering more subjects.

Your NHS needs YOU – Join the NHS Volunteer Responders
NHS Volunteer Responders is a new group that will carry out simple, non-medical tasks to support people in England who have been asked to shield themselves from coronavirus because of underlying health conditions.
