At Black Ops LIVE Hertfordshire players attempt to score points by using hand held infrared-emitting target devices to shoot other players, all players wear a infrared sensitive target. The games are played outdoors however there are areas of shelter.

The public enquiry is now over and finished. It cost a small fortune, luckilythe council have been told to pay some back....
Its time to decide whether I attend a magistrates court to lay complaint of criminal charges against the council for there part in illegal, unlawful acts and wasting public funds to the tune of £20,000.
