What a lovely place , visited today with my vegan daughter as heard good things , very friendly staff who took time to explain vegan menu to my daughter , food excellent and nice place to sit in , would recommend it, fair prices also .

What a little gem ,visited this place today. The staff were super friendly and the place had an nice feel to it also. The falafel wrap is amazing and the homemade chips, i was more than full after those. Great to find a place with vegan food in the city centre. I look forward to working my way through the vegan menu

Visited for the first time today - lovely food, clearly labelled vegan options and the staff explained which ones could be made vegan. Tapas dishes were a good sizzle so we had lots of food between three of us! Lovely food, friendly service, good value 😊

This is my second visit to Nutmeg for lunch and once again it was great. The staff are friendly, food is great and prices reasonable. Service was very quick too! Highly recommend

The food at Nutmeg is simply amazing. I've been regularly going in for about a year and a half now and not once have I come away regretting it. In fact, I would go as far as to say that they are a shining example of both quality of food and customer service. Every dish is packed with flavour and fresh ingredients and the staff are always polite and make me feel very welcome. Also, additional items get added to the menu and if you want something a bit more customised to your tastes, they will gladly do it for you! They also cater to veggies and vegans.

If you haven't already visited Nutmeg, what are you doing? You are depriving yourself of some of the best food in town.

The food is delicious, healthy, home cooked in front of you and the service second to none. The staff really do go that extra mile taking the time to get to know you and how you like your food. You would never be disappointed eating here!

Popped into Nutmeg after taking a shortcut through the shopping centre, a very friendly welcome with charming surroundings. Menu was explained well including the consideration of vegan/ vegetarian and gluten free options. I chose the Falafel wrap which was made from scratch with all fresh ingredients and tasted amazing! With a pocket friendly price especially for us students. People working there were very helpful and were great to speak to. Was great supporting an independent business, I would recommend this restaurant to everyone! I will be back :)

Popped in on my lunch break today for the first time after a recommendation from a colleague and will definitely be going back! Food is incredible and reasonably priced for the portion sizes. Staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place it self looks so good on the inside! Can't wait to sample more of the menu :D

Popped in for a Friday lunch treat after the recommendation of a work colleague. Menu full of interesting and appealing items however I opted for the Lamb Shawarma flat bread. Full of fresh flavour and large portion. Excellent value at £4.15 with added cheese. Will certainly be paying another visit soon.

Nutmeg is charming little place and instantly became one of my favourite places in Wolverhampton. The food is excellent and extremely good value for money, the decor is just beautiful and the staff are very friendly. It's a little treasure in the heart of the City and I will definitely be returning. The perfect place to sit with a coffee and a book or to spend quality time with a friend.

My sisters discovered this yesterday and insisted I went in for lunch with them today as it’s “amazing”. They were right! The food was incredible..so flavoursome. Why would you go to Subway or KFC when you can get freshly cooked, better tasting food for slightly cheaper? Will see you on match days Nutmeg.

Lovely place for a quick lunch, very flavoursome food - too cheap for the quality in my view, deffo be back next time we’re in wolverhampton

We went with the dishes recommended by the member of staff serving us. Chicken shawarma, absolutely delicious.



Also tried the mint tea that he recommended and this was great too



Nice atmosphere and cool jazz/blues playing in the background

I popped in yesterday and had a bloody delicious fish finger bap packed to the gunnels with all manner of tasty morsels. Spicy, tasty, totally gorgeous and all for £3.50. You'd be a fool to miss it. Trust me.

I popped in Nutmeg yesterday as a lunchtime treat, I had been recommended by a friend, who posted a great review on Facebook! The service and the food was excellent!! It was a fair price too, I will definitely be returning to sample other items on the menu and taking my partner along too! 👍🏼
