Last Friday we had an amazing time serving our delicious, healthy meals to all the hungry players taking part in Sports Relief! We even gave The Body Coach a helping hand whilst he passed out his very own (and very tasty) protein smoothies!

... Places on the 8-week course will be limited to just 12 people, meaning Cheryl’s tuition is focused on each individual throughout.
Once signed up, your first session will be an opportunity to get to know Cheryl and the rest of your classmates, with a weigh-in and body stats analysis followed by goal setting. The remaining seven sessions will include 30 minute group workout regimes and HIIT training, healthy meal plans and cookery demonstrations.
