'Out of running my own retreat known as 'Healing Holidays' for twelve years in South Africa and embarking on my Kundalini Yoga practice, I have personally experienced many different cleansing and detox processes, actually embracing fruitarian diet for six months and then raw food for two years- eating this way had me singing from my heart.

I am now bringing my passion for this way of living into my new business and sharing what I have learnt. I really enjoy studying and have recently completed a Plant based chef and wellness leadership certificate with 'The Wild Food Cafe' London. So that I now have training as well as personal experience.

So my intention is to bring you food that makes you feel the way I felt when I first tasted these amazing meals prepare by experts. '
