1 large sweet potato 1 clove of garlic 1/5 tsp of coconut oil Coriander Cashew nuts . Crush the garlic and brown it with the coconut oil. Add the chopped sweet potato and cook until soft. Blend and top it up with the fresh coriander and crushed cashews. I also add chilli flakes and a little olive oil to enhance the flavour π

Just made one of my favourite spring recipes. Simple, nutritious and scrumptious. #wildgarlic is antibacterial, antibiotic and antiviral. If you arenβt convinced it also contains vit A and C, is rich in calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium and copper, and it may reduce blood pressure π±π Add seeds, nuts and olive oil and you have an all rounder π . .... . One handful of chopped wild garlic One handful of mixed sunflower and pumpkin seeds One handful of pistachios 125g of ricota Grated zest of half lemon Olive oil Parmesan to taste Blend all together and enjoy π

Letting go Much self development work focuses on acquiring new skills and habits. These can be vital for growth. But balance is required too. Just like in order to breathe in we need to breathe out, taking on new things requires its balancing force; letting go. As the poet David Whyte says: 'Most people are 3 to 5 years behind their reality'. Things change as we go through life. It can take us a while to recognise how we may be very good at something now. By contrast, we may ...no longer be able to do something the way we used to. Try to avoid failing into the trap of 'I'm not enough' - that without that new skill, experience or resource you can't do anything. You are wonderful as you are - each development in you and each piece of letting go simply bring more choice, awareness, opportunity and potential. What is it time to let go of? What thoughts, patterns, habits no longer serve? What in the physical or emotional worlds is it time to move on from?
