About Us:

Nuzzle Noses Pet Services is a Kent based business, and is located in the village of Aylesham, which is a short drive from Canterbury.

We are a family run, professional and friendly business that provides a service to pet owners who are in need of proper care for their animals while they are away. We have many animals of our own and as such, we fully appreciate that pets are not just animals - they are an important part of the family. Whether on holiday or travelling for work or simply working late, Nuzzle Noses Pet Services can ensure that your animals are provided for. We offer the following essential services for pet owners.


Small Animal boarding Service:

We offer a boarding service for small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rodents etc) which includes, feeding and socialising your pets each day that they are with us. We endeavour to ensure that pets in our care are made to feel as safe as possible, and this means they will never be placed with any animals other than those they are bonded and familiar with. Upon booking you furry friends in to board with us, all medical and nutritional needs can be discussed so that we can tailor make the package we offer to you and your animals. All boarders would need to have fully up-to-date vaccination cards, and these would need to be presented to us prior to us accepting your pets into our boarding lodge, to ensure the safety of all the boarders in our care. We board rabbits and guinea pigs in custom made enclosures to ensure that they have plenty of space to hop around in and explore during their stay with us. Hamsters and rodents can be accommodated in large play tanks, again to ensure they have all the space they need. Your pets will only be handled if this will not cause them distress. This may mean that they are given a couple days to settle down in their new environment before being approached for ear tickles. If you have special requirements for your fur babies while you are away be sure to let us know! All boarding enclosures and play tanks are thoroughly disinfected before new boarders are placed in them. (Terms and conditions apply. )


Home-Care Service:

Nuzzle Noses Pet Services also offers a home care service for your cats and dogs. These animals are often more comfortable being cared for in their own familiar settings, and so we offer a drive-to service. This includes feeding and watering your animals in the comfort of their own home, changing any litter they may use, and socialising with them so they have some human company until your return. Each visit lasts approximately 30 minutes and your pets would be visited once in the morning and once in the evening, should you book with us. Again, we can tailor-make these packages for you, and include watering any house plants while you're gone, should you wish us to. We can also open and close curtains morning and evening and turn on and switch off lights daily to give your home the appearance of being lived in while you're away. Dog Walking Service:

We also offer an all-weather, all-breed and all-size dog walking service to provide your dog with mental stimulation and the exercise it needs. Because dogs love to walk and explore, each walk will last for 60 minutes. Please note that although we will always endeavour to walk each dog where possible, this may not always be possible. Booking your dog walks with us in block bookings ensures availability for your dog.

With regards to our dog services, we offer the following special offers: -
• Refer your friends to us, and for each new referral that results in a booking being made, Nuzzle Noses Pet Services will reward your dog with a 30 minute free walk!
• If you have more than one dog, and would like them each to be walked, subsequent dogs will be walked at a discounted hourly rate!
• One-time introductory offer - book 4 walks with us and get the 5th walk free!

Should your animal become unwell:

Though rare, sometimes animals do get sick in the absence of their owners. Should this happen whilst your animal is in our care we will take it immediately to our local vet practice as a matter of urgency for treatment. Owners would be liable to cover any and all medical bills for their pets.

Relevant contracts to the specific service you choose, and veterinary instructions and release forms will need to be signed when booking with us to ensure the best possible care can be given to your animals while you are away.
