Worst customer service ever and arrogant staff!

Wanted to buy a payg phone. Knew the phone that we wanted so should have been an in and out purchase.

Asked floor girl for phone and were told to take a seat. Ten minutes passed without any update.

Walked out of store in the end disgusted they couldn't sort a simple transaction for over £100.

Place is good if you want a new phone. They never seem overally willing to help if you just want advice.

Very busy shop at times, but with brilliant staff who will go above and beyond to help. Worth the wait!
