Oakland Foundation

The Oakland Foundation is a charity which was formed in 2012 by family business Oakland International after statistics showed that three wards in Redditch featured in a list of the ten most deprived wards in Worcestershire. Two more Redditch wards just missed the top 10. The Foundation's primary objective is to relieve the needs of children in England and Wales. The Foundation focuses on activities based in the areas of education, sport, health and nutrition. The Oakland Foundation was officially opened by Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal, on the 28th June 2013.
