I tried to get a quote on a medical issue. I spent time sending a well written email using the online form.
The next day, I received an informal copy and paste from the website reply on entirely the wrong subject. I tried calling three times and couldn't get through.
I thought I would try and book a GP appointment, but it doesn't seem to say anywhere on the website how much it would cost.
This was my first taste of private health care and maybe I was expecting too much? Either way, I'll be sticking with the NHS in future.
This place looks and feels like a premium hospital (very clean), I went here for a gastroscopy, the staff here are great and professional, the process took a while to go through and there was a wait, but thats because i was referred here instead of being a member (as such) as it tooks a few weeks to get the actual gastroscopy appointment. The gastroscopy appointment itself was fine, they know exactly what there doing and was glad to be referred here. Also the parking was free, which is always a bonus, specially as I never carry change with me.
I stayed therefor 3 nights recently whilst i had an abdominoplasty procedure, was VERY happy with the level of care that i received in my stay, staff were very good, maintained my dignity, i was briefed about everything that was being and going to be done to me so i was never in the dark and the food was also a pleasant surprise. Really was a CUT above the rest!
