Overall comments regarding the service I received from Oaktree 1. 100% professionalism at all times 2. Significantly high level of customer care... I cannot recall every phone call, but I know there were PLENTY from me...seeking advice of what to do here or there, and at every turn you could not have been more helpful.... 3. Honest, clear and straightforward contractual documentation and paperwork. 4. Delivered exactly when you said you would and EVERYTHING clearly labelled and marked up for my men on site to build. 5. The level of detail supplied made it as simple as a jigsaw fit for an 8 yr old. 6. The end result is a beautiful room, with LOADS of light... and you achieved my desired effect, in that the steel frame is invisible and the whole structure seems to be made from wood. 7. In summary, I would have no hesitation in working with Oaktree again and am happy for you to add this report to your marketing website so that potential customers can be reassured.

When our builders 'did a runner' back in December, they left us with a hole in the ground and not much else. Having never managed a building project before, I had absolutely no idea where to start, but I did know that I needed windows and doors.



From the first phone call with Martin Cox, I knew we were in safe hands. Our project wasn't exactly textbook, and was very custom - an oak frame, and completely non-standard in every respect.



Martin guided us through the choices, designed the windows and doors in a way which worked with the oak, and would allow the wood to expand and contract and not cause problems later.



The work which went into the design and fitting was thorough, and detailed - I'm not a details person, but I'm very glad that Martin is, and we've ended up with a fabulous set of windows and doors. Many people have walked by and commented on them, and we've recommended Oaktree several times since.



The work was done back in March, but it's only now got to the stage where the rest of the house does the windows justice, hence the late review and pictures.



Martin and team, thank you - brilliant job, and we'll continue to recommend you to anyone who asks (and probably those who don't ask too!!)

Our old rotten windows have been replaced with amazingly high quality timber windows. It’s totally changed the look of our house for the better!

I have just had new double glazed windows fitted. Some were large sash windows and also some french doors . Oaktree Joinery have been excellent every step of the way. The windows look lovely - in fact it is hard to tell there are new sash windows in the house as they are so close to the original windows. Kevin, Martin and their team have a made such a good job of making the windows. The large hall window that has patterned glass looks fabulous as do the French doors to the garden. The attention to detail has been exemplary and nothing has been too much trouble for them. The fitters that they recommend and use were also very good. Stuart Anderson and his team worked quickly and efficiently and left the house clean and tidy each day. I highly recommend Oaktree Joinery if you need to have new windows made and fitted.

Having known martin & Kevin for a good many years. They are two genuine hardworking guys. I asked them to make me some new hardwood double doors for my entrance hall/porch. They provided me with some excellent quality doors. These doors got the wow factor from myself, friends & family members. These doors were fitted approximately four years ago and are as good now as the day that they were fitted. Excellent workmanship from a very professional team.
