Here's Joy & Adrian Dudley collecting their gorgeous 2018 Elddis Prestige 196 from our Brad. This is their first motorhome and after a trial run to Whitby in a few weeks they plan to take a trip over to Croatia with it! They were first recommended to us by a friend and then fell in love with the Elddis upon seeing it. They told us they were very impressed with our friendly service and we exceeded their expectations! Here's David & Karen Wild (and their foxhound Skye) collecting their stunning new Burstner Elegance i821 from our Jason. They came to see us after being recommended by friends and seeing our adverts in the Caravan Club Magazine. They upgraded to the larger Burstner from a Eura Mobil (which we actually sold brand new!), and are planning to travel all over Scotland and continental Europe in their new motorhome. After their comprehensive handover from Jason they told us that we exceeded their expectations from start to finish! We wish them many happy travels! :)

Mr & Mrs Taylor collected their lovely new Hymer ML-I 620 from our Richard a few days ago. They are previous customers or ours this is their 3rd motorhome purchased from us! They came back to us because they loved our friendly staff and great package! They plan to travel extensively all over Europe in their lovely new Hymer. They were extremely happy with everything on their handover and told us that they will continue to recommend us to all of their motorhoming friends 🙂 We don't think there is any better compliment than that!

Here's Hugh & Brenda Goldie collecting their lovely new Autotrail Apache 634 from our Richard. This is their second motorhome and they flew all the way down to us from Scotland after seeing online that we had the right model in stock at the right price. They plan to travel to France and Europe in their new motorhome, happy travels from all of the Oaktree Team! :)

Here's Matt & Sarah Swan collecting their first motorhome from our Richard. They chose us because we had the specific Dethleffs model that they were looking for and the great package we provide. They are keen travellers and plan to go all over the UK in their lovely vehicle including Cornwall, Scotland and Glastonbury festival! They were very impressed with our friendly service & atmosphere "and the free kitkats!". They told us that we exceeded their expectations and they had an excellent handover from the famous Jason. Here's Carl & Jayne Miller collecting their lovely new Adria Coral from our Richard. This is their 3rd motorhome in their 8 years of camping and they told us it has been their best buying experience yet! They run a static & touring caravan park on the welsh coast and have only previously toured in the UK but they are now planning a trip to Europe in January in their new motorhome! They told us they were very impressed with our package (3-year warranty, tax, MOT & engine service), our friendly atmosphere and the fact that we held the vehicle for them on the day that they were travelling up to see us. We wish them all the best on their adventures!

Here's the lovely Tony & Carole Park collecting their first motorhome from our Brad. Tony & Carole were previously caravanners and have just taken the leap into the world of motorhomes with a stunning Autotrail Savannah from us. They are now planning to travel into Europe with the confidence in their new vehicle! They travelled to us all the way from Kings Lynn, and were over the moon with our service from everybody. When we asked for a quote to caption the photo Tony said "If you want a motorhome, come to Oaktree!" We don't think you can say it any clearer than that! We wish them all the best on their travels!

It’s always lovely when our customers say thankyou, never mind bring us cake!
We helped Mr & Mrs Skelton out this week after they had some trouble with the solar panel on their Volkswagen T5 camper - they simply brought it in to us and we swapped it for a brand new one no quibble and no charge!
Chris then kindly brought us in this lovely card and cake this morning as a thankyou! We love keeping our customers happy :)

Darren & Heather McGee collected their beautiful 2015 Pilote P740 from us this afternoon. This is their first motorhome and they travelled to us from Yorkshire after seeing our wide range of stock online and competitive pricing. They told that they were very impressed with our "no-pressure" attitude and how easy it was to buy from us. They have a week-long trip to Wales planned already for next week and will then be off to Spain in the summer!

Here's the lovely Michael & Ellen Hill collecting their stunning new Swift Bolero 712 SB from our Jason. Both keen cyclists they are planning to travel all over the UK and Ireland in their new motorhome. They told us that they chose us due to our fantastic reputation and previous experience in dealing with us. They liked our friendly staff and how straightforward purchasing their new motorhome was. They were impressed with their handover from Jason where "everything was covered & explained to us and we are delighted with it all!"

Whilst looking for a campervan we came across Oaktree Motors on the Internet. Although we live 75 miles away after speaking to Rob on the phone we decided to visit them then we bought one We picked it up today and were so very impressed with the service and the staff there and especially with Jason who had extreme patience and took a great deal of time explaining everything to us. Also we were given complimentary coffees and biscuits. So if you want to buy a campervan please make Oaktree your first choice.You won't be disappointed.

We purchased a 2008 Rapido in November last year as an upgrade from a PVC and have nothing but praise for Oaktree. The pre-sale service was spot on and included everything we were promised. An unforeseen leak from a rooflight after snow was rectified without any quibble and the water damage repaired back to as good as new. I cannot fault their after sales service and attention to detail and have recommended Oaktree to others as a reliable and reputable company.

We had our first motorhome 12 yrs ago when Oaktree were at their old site on A38 . We had no idea how to use the motorhome so they looked after us helping us with each step. Were always at the end of the phone. Made it easier for us when they moved to Giltbrook. Over the years they have kept us on the road and added many little extras as required. 2 yrs ago we traded in my beloved baby for an automatic to make it easier for my husband to drive. Again held our hands as we ventured forth. Unfortunatly due to my sudden ill health we had to sell which Oaktree did with no problems. Still call for coffee as they are like family each and everyone. We had our Freeborn Storm from Oaktree in 2016 and will definitely return when we upgrade. Staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. The site is accesssible, all the Motorhomes are open to view and there was definitely a no pressure approach to selling. Definitely recommend.

We bought out Bessacarr motor home as an upgrade to our previous one. We were most impressed with the handover information and care plus the after-service we have received. (We had an issue with the clutch but this was replaced with no quibbles.) We have used a different firm before but NO COMPARISON as Oaktree are much more customer focused. We can thoroughly recommend this company. Brilliant service! Thank you very much!

We bought our first van from theses back in October 2017 a rimor katamarano, I would highly recommend this company we have since been back to have some equipment added and will keep on going back...

We bought our first motorhome from Oaktree in 2005. Were very happy with the service then. We were unsure if we wanted to continue motor homing but a quick look on their site came up with a vehicle which overcame all the niggles we had over the years with our previous vehicle.

The vehicle was everything it said on the website. Jason showed us around and was really familiar with all the features of the 65 plate Hymer which was such a higher spec than our 52 plate Autosleeper.

Deal done. Really happy with all contacts with Oaktree. Staff very courteous and helpful.

On collecting my new vehicle I was very happy with the hand over meeting with Jason. Showed us how everything worked, most of which we forgot but the handbooks are bringing it all back.

The friendly team were patient and helpful with us as total newbies to Motorhomes and helped in reducing our stress levels.

After a week of owning our Bessacar E560 Our Bessie needed a few things looked at. We booked in and Dave was excellent he went through all our concerns all of which were fixed or replaced by Ian from Motorhome Tech who again dealt with everything professionally with good humour and even went the extra mile to put on our decal name.

Overall Oaktree exceeded our expectations. Would thoroughly recommend.

Oaktree know all they need to know about Motorhomes. The vehicles they sell are very closely checked and cleaned. Excellent service. Long journey from Ripon but well worth it for peace of mind. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice people. Great choice of vans. Good trade in and a beautifully prepared new van. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I would like to thank Scott, Dave & Gina and the rest of the gang at Oak tree for the service & habitation check on our 840 D, great customer service, few niggles well sorted.

Have used other companies in the past (much to my chagrin) but (experience thus far) these guys are really good!!! Customer service, tech advice, support and 'no quibble' maintenance/repairs ... all superb. Would certainly recommend Oaktree over those (who I've encountered) amongst their rivals.

Bought our motorhome from Oaktree in 2016, each year they have carried out the habitation check and mechanical service, always an excellent service, this year they also fitted a roof light above the fixed bed within a very tight timescale which was just superb customer service. Would recommend them for any purchase and servicing and certainly will be servicing my motorhome next year and until I trade it in with them for a new one.

Bought our Swift Kontiki May 2017, a few niggles but they were all sorted quickly and efficiently, very professional but remaining approachable at all times. Service completed and all good to go. Would highly recommend A*

We/ve bought 2 motorhomes from Oaktree and have had excellent service from the company. The aftercare has been particularly good and problems have been quickly resolved. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Not good at all, they swapped cracked age old tyres on the van I bought for new tyres that were of the incorrect load rating, then refused to do anything about it, I think this was our third van from them too!!
