Oakwood Weddings Description
Oakwood offers a unique and exclusive setting for your special day. Nestled in ancient woodland 4 miles west of Ashford it is an idyllic spot within easy access of the M20 and Ashford International train station. Offering only 10 ceremonies per year, you can be sure of complete exclusivity for you and your partner, family and friends.
You can choose between the elegant Lodge Ceremony Room with seating for around 100 guests or immerse yourself in the natural woodland setting, for a blessing under the plaited trees of the Woodland Arch
Alternatively, you might prefer your ceremony to be in the tree tops and tie the knot on the veranda of the Tree House β you might also like to spend your first married night together in this unique and tranquil tree top haven too. Whatever you choose, we are here to help you create your perfect day at a price you can afford.

wonderful new and exciting venue in Kent offering flexibility, exclusivity and affordability!
We viewed this venue last year when it was in the early stages of building and we were very warmly welcomed by the whole family who run Oakwood. Our dog even came along and played in the woods with their collie while we were shown around! We are sad that Oakwood couldn't be the venue for us but felt the need to leave a review as our experience with viewing and our contact with the venue over the past few months has been 5*. I cannot imagine a venue that offers a warmer or more personal welcome. Jo has sent us unprompted updates over the past few months of the venue building and is just as excited for your big day as her own! I really feel like it will be a struggle to find a more genuinely friendly family run venue anywhere with as much warmth as this. Anyone getting married here is sure to have the most wonderful day! Wishing the whole family the best first wedding day here later this year and many years of happiness and success for the future! xx
Oakwood is an amazing place. Beautiful and very classy. Everything you look for in a wedding venue.
Myself and my fiancΓ© viewed Oakwood as a wedding venue in September 2016 - at this point it was literally just foundations but we fell in love with the beautiful surroundings and knew we had to get married there! Jo and everyone else at Oakwood have been AMAZING - sending me photo updates and always answering my questions (even though there have been soooo many!) Wedding planning is a stressful time but Jo has made sure I don't have to stress about the venue. We can't wait to see the venue when it's complete and are soooo excited to have such a beautiful venue (with such a wonderful team) to have our wedding xx
UPDATED: We got married on 27.05.2018 and our day was perfect from start to finish! Again, everyone at Oakwood was brilliant (they even helped fix one of my guest's broken shoe!) and Jo made sure I was calm and happy all day. My guests commented on how beautiful and relaxed the venue was, one even said it was the most beautiful venue she'd ever been to! Wouldn't change a thing about Oakwood οΏ½
