OASIS is a community based organisation of enduring strength. We've been privileged to play a role in helping thousands of people all over London to be cared for and supported through more than 25 years of change. As the demand for social inclusion has grown alongside higher expectations from those who we support, we've been able to successfully demonstrate our ability to lead on statutory changes such as the 2014 Care Act to accommodate this.

From a small charity in the early 1990’s dependent solely upon grant income, we have today a Board of Trustees with a formidable team of Managers and Staff committed to our charitable mission to help vulnerable people to have a better quality of life and well-being in the community they live.

We credit our strength and endurance by adhering to a set of social values, and to the character of our people who work and volunteer for us in our day to day service delivery.
