Four years ago I would not even step into a dentists due to my fear and anxiety which was mainly due to previous poor dentistry work I had experienced elsewhere. This anxiety meant I did not go to any dentist for many years and due to this my teeth were in a very poor condition, I suffered from gum disease, had many broken and missing teeth and was in a lot of pain. Neil and his team were very reassuring and kept me calm and within just a few sessions I was able to attend treatments without any fear at all. After many sessions I now have healthy gums and amazing teeth that I never thought possible at the start. I cannot recommend Neil and everyone at Oatlands enough for their friendly, professional dentistry which I thorougly recommend.

As a very nervous patient, I was delighted with tooth extraction experience with oral surgery specialist Dr Omesh Modgill and anaesthetist Dr Gideon Bosch. Omesh performed the extraction and bone graft with minimum trauma. It is not yet a week since the procedure and I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly my mouth seems to have healed. I was called by Omesh before and after the procedure and this really helped reassure me that I was in capable hands. I feel much more confident about having more invasive dentistry now. I highly recommend the Oatlands team.

A fantastic practice. I have had a dental issue for the last 25 years and have been to many dental surgery and paid various amounts but have never been satisfied with the outcome. I was recommend Oatland Dental Lounge by a friend and booked an Appointment with Neil. Neil was so understanding of my situation and understood what was needed to be done within the first visit. My situation was unique and very complicated. He made a plan and explained ever aspect, so I knew what was going to happen. He knew I was in a desperate situation as I was unable to eat but did not take advantage. He was patient with my needs and did not rush the situation. When things didn't feel right with my teeth he made sure everything was corrected and I was 100% comfortable before he completed my work. I was very impressed by his work ethic, compassion and empathy. Thank you very much Neil.

I had serious gum and tooth condition which my previous dentist couldn't handle, so I searched for a new option and I found Otlands Dental Lounge. It’s been over two years now with them. I went through periodontal treatment by a specialist, tooth extraction and two implants done. It’s been a complicated and stressful process however Dr Neil has been on my side whole time by explaining all details and process upcoming. Also I must comment during implant process, one of my tooth needed bone grafting and Dr Neil proceeded without an extra charge although it costed him more time and effort.
Most important thing is he explained my crunching habit has caused the broken tooth and gum issue, and now I became aware of my condition and taking preventive measures. I would recommend Otlands Dental Lounge whoever looking for a dentist who you can trust with complex issues.
