This new role within Objects In Glass comes after considerable growth and expansion in sales within our company. We require someone who is not afraid to be hands-on and get involved within our team. Initially, we are looking for someone who is willing to train up and get on the job experience although some glass fitting experience would be preferable but not essential. Any applicant must be good with numbers and have a good on the job attitude as you will be customer facin...g and representing the business while out on templating or installation jobs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Working with our current glass surveyors to train up in taking accurate measurements for clients glass projects dependant on the job docket, ready for production to transfer these details into our systems for manufacturing.
Train up in drawing out accurately the results from any survey's that you attend, this then allows production to complete the drawing of files ready for the production of the client's final glass needs.
Working with our install team learning to install anything from a kitchen splashback to a fully bespoke office partitioning system. Working to specified times is paramount due to the time-sensitive nature of some of our clients.

Lots of heavy lifting involved Accurate timekeeping Efficient working practices Clean driving licence
On the job training will be given. This job will have a 3-month initial contract period Salary is subject to age and experience
