I first went to obsessions to get my hair cut and my first experience was great however my second visit wasnt so successful i went to get my nails done and my eyebrows waxed, the eyebrow wax was fine however on booking my nails i asked if they did extentions i was told yes i went to my appointment to be told, after my nails were over half done, that in fact they dont do nail extensions i will finish by saying the woman who my appointment was done by, Sarah, she was lovely and made me feel really comfortable and welcome unfortunatly i didn't get what i was expecting or asked for

I just had the best hair cut ever by Tori, she was the loveliest hair dresser ever, so friendly and chatty and I was relaxed the whole time. I love my new hair cut!! Fully recommend Tori - if I could give more than 5/5 I would!! Xx

I had my hair cut and treatment done by Tori, such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I have never left a salon feeling so pampered and fabulous. Very passionate about her work, and such a friendly and bubbly character. I have been going to Obsession Salon for my haircuts, colour and beauty treatments for 9 years now, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I have had my hair cut, nails, waxing & massages done at this salon for years. Staff are so friendly and professional at Obsession; always want to make the customer happy 😊

It's a shame that the staff turn over is high. I have now had 3 different stylists leave over the years. It's never nice to get used to a new stylist.

I was due to have my hair done here today, I have had my appointment booked for a number of weeks. As I work late I explained I would struggle to get in for a patch test, however the receptionist that booked my appointment said as been as I was having foils I could have my skin test on my appointment. So I arrived today for my appointment and was told they would not do my hair, I explained the above and was told all she could do was apologise. I explained that I get married in a few weeks and told them I double checked this when I booked the appointment. I asked to see a manager, so she then went to get the manager, they went into a room and whispered, the technician came back and said exactly the same. I asked was the manager going to speak to me and she said no. I am appalled at the service I have received and did not need the extra stress with my wedding coming up. Would have expected far better service from this salon.
