Would just like to say and thank the staff at Occasion cakes, for the amazing cakes i have had over the years, i am amazed every time how great they look and taste, and it,s great when family and friends comment on all the detail that goes into them with ( wow ) is the most commented, so thankyou :) x

Used them for the third year in a row also for my son's birthday cake always so pleased and amazed how quick and great their service is have recommended all my friends to get their cakes x

This is the third year in a row we've used Occasion Cakes to make our daughter's birthday cake and they never disappoint. The customer service is excellent and the finished product is always a show stopper - a real feast for the eyes and the tummies! Erin loved her My Little Pony cake this year for her 5th birthday. It was gorgeous and was met with gasps of admiration by everyone who came to the party. Thank you so much! Who needs Slattery's when we've got this little gem on our doorsteps!

These guys saved my wedding, I was let down by a wedding supplier meaning the money we lost had to come out the cake budget. Well these guys are amazing they totally listened to everything I said the cake they produced was incredible and tasted amazing. I can never thank you enough xxx

So glad I found Occasions Cakes, they made a 2 tier Unicorn Cake for me, for my Wife's surprise 50th birthday, I am extremely happy with the cake & my wife was absolutely overjoyed with it & tasted good too, highly recommend � �

Picked up an amazing cake at weekend for my mum and brother's joint birthday party. Once again the cake was the focal point of the buffet table- it was a delight. Super tasty and most excellent detailing on- it was pride of place at the party with many many people commenting on the resemblance of the characters! Thanks again for a fabulous cake! x

Our wedding cake was absolutely amazing! We asked for a traditional looking cake from the front and then marvel tiers from behind. It turned out better than I ever could have imagined. Our guests were stunned. It also tasted amazing! Thank you so much for a cake we will always remember.

Ordered a Countdown themed cake for my son's 21st birthday after he had appeared on the show as a finalist. The cake was a surprise for my son at a family meal. The cake tasted fantastic and everyone thought it looked amazing! My son put it on facebook and had a brilliant response from his fellow Countdowners! Will definitely be back again. Thankyou so much x

I was recommended occasion cakes by a couple of friends. I changed my original order after 24 hours as I found pictures on instagram I liked better. They were amazing, tailoring the cake to pictures I sent and the finished cake looked amazing. It tasted great as well. I couldn’t fault anything about occasion cakes from the customer service to going to the shop to pick it up.

Have made our celebration cakes for over 20 years... always excellent and yummy �

Cake and staff were absolutely brilliant. I didn't think that they would be able to top my first son's christening cake that they made but they did! It's was an absolutely outstanding noahs ark cake. The detail could not be faulty. I would highly recommend occasion cakes for anyone who has a special event coming up. I couldn't be happier. Thank you occasion cakes!

As one of my friends commented, if the cake tasted as good as it looked then youve gone to heaven without leaving this mortal earth! Well i can honestly say the cake not only looked spectacular but tasted amazing. Thank you to all involved on creating the cake and thank you Emma Gibson for transporting it all the way from Bolton to South Wales.

Absolutely amazing cake made by occasion cakes. A personalised birthday cake for my girlfriend and it was better than I could have hoped for. Thank you very much......

I've given 2 stars because the 1st time I called I spoke to a lovely lady who took my order for my 13 year old daughter's birthday. The 2nd time I called to change the decoration to Rock and Roll theme initially the popular unicorn. I spoke to a different lady who I found to be abrupt she showed a complete lack off interest - it felt as though she didn't have time for mind changers... When I came to pick up my daughters birthday cake it look incomplete. On white cake with colour off black and white balloon stuck on either side of a sugarpaste girl mannequin seated on a stool playing card board guitar. i was very disappointed in the finished effect. The only good thing about it was it tasted moist and rich chocolate texture which what I would've expected for nearly £50

Wouldnt even give the customer service one star... absolutley shocking and rude. Been having cakes for 10 years plus and because you didnt properly support a two tier cake that i have paid £125 for you decide I am at fault. It will be the last time I order a cake purely down to the rude attitude of the manager who wouldnt even come down to speak to me. Thank you for redoing the cake but next time instead of talking about me loudly and displaying the broken cake in your shop saying "this is what will happen to your cake if its not in your boot" think you need a customer service skills course
