Having a baby can be a very exciting but daunting prospect. It should feel like the most natural thing in the world. . . BUT. . . many parents-to-be have concerns about the birthing experience, how they will bond with their baby or how this might affect them as a couple.

THIS IS WHERE I CAN HELP. . .

I am a birth and postnatal Doula and birth preparation instructor, teaching The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme(hypnobirthing). The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme is accredited by the RCM and is a full antenatal suite of courses that can support you and your birth partner through bump, birth and beyond. Through my classes I can help you access the knowledge and tools to have a calm, relaxed, positive and empowered birth process that you can then carry into your journey as a new parent.

And if that's not enough, I also make a mean cup of tea! !
