OceanSpirit Swim School provides swimming lessons in Brighton and is run by me, Trina Requena. We are based at the Ovingdean pool and offer adult & childrens swimming lessons, baby swimming lessons, one-to-one swimming tuition, group lessons, adult /youth sea swimming lessons and triathlon training. During the summer months we also run a Beach Academy, teaching tide and current awareness and survival techniques to parents and children alike. Our aim at the OceanSpirit Swim School is to build the skills necessary to everyone who wishes to make the most of their local pool and our beautiful coastline.
