OCL was formed over ten years ago by the current Managing Director and provides a precise, professional service whilst keeping original core family values and strong ethical values at its heart. We operate from our offices in Rochford near to Southend Airport in Essex, which is easily accessible by mainline railway, bus and road. We promote a flexible and personal service to our clients and welcome visitors at all times.

The OCL project contracts team operates at the forefront when delivering some of the largest civil and electrical projects in general commercial London Underground and Network Rail infrastructures. We have gained an envious reputation for providing a consistent level of high quality work, driven by a loyal and experienced workforce. Our teams are able to work and overcome obstacles presented to them during projects, we promote synergy and work collaboratively with our clients to provide immediate solutions. Delivering projects on time and within budget. We have gained vast experience from working on major infrastructure projects, such as many Network Rail upgrade Projects, London Underground upgrades, Thames Link, HS2, DLR and many other commercial and domestic development projects.

We offer knowledgeable bespoke site management and supervision. All our site managers hold SMSTS certification as a minimum , the vast majority are also trained within HSE to IOSH level as standard. This provides them with full knowledge to implement our clear and concise policies, programmes and systems, aiding compliance and installation standards at all times. Regular internal site checks are carried out, maintaining robust compliance measures.
