Excellent service. Arrived prompt and worked quickly and efficiently. Care was taken throughout and all the removers were polite and friendly, explaining the process.

Absolutely fantastic service, the team arrived on time and were straight into the job. The lads couldn't do enough for us, checking everything was where we wanted it for unpacking before they left. They protected the doors, floors and bannisters throughout the job. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for making a difficult time for us stress free.

Great company turned up on time packed all our belongings and furniture and put in place were we asked nothing is to much trouble for them we will definitely use them again hopefully the wife dont want to move again lol thanx to all the team

Only use this company if you want to be in the difficult situation of being left with car fulls of your own furniture to move and being ignored by the company. Definitely don’t make the same mistake as us of paying them the full amount in advance. O’connors massively underestimated our volume of goods and subsequently left multiple carloads of items for us to move ourselves, this included bulky furniture such as shelving, large wall hangings, and even a picnic bench. We did not add any additional items and even moved much of own own goods prior to their move. Because of their mistake we breached our contract due to the need to make last minute arrangements to move the rest. We understand that underestimates can happen but they have refused to accept responsibility and said that underestimates are ‘physically impossible’. We attempted to contact them multiple times on the day to address this issue only to be ignored. We have never received a formal apology. This company has appalling customer service and I wouldn’t recommend using them. Contrary to the owners reply, no offer of additional support was made until several days later when we had already breached our contract and this would have been at an additional cost.
