Service, pricing etc. In a class for itself. Have recently used German suppliers for my Canon Pixma Pro 100s which was a big disappointment. Martin and Octoinkjet managed to change this 180 degrees and delivered really good ink cartridges together with high quality ink. Together with his squeeze bottle technology, refilling ink has become utterly easy. Highly accommodated in any way
