Had an absolutely cracking time here last night thanks to the bloke serving popcorn and drinks.
Expectations were not high after Baby Driver was sold out at Olympic Studios, Barnes, but this charming chap made up for it in spades.
He asked me and my date what ratios we were going for on the sweet/salt mix, consulted on how much ice I wanted in my coke, upsold on the toppings and even offered a treat on the house.
Didn't catch his name, but get that man a raise!
The film was pretty good too.
I love this cinema, me and my partner try to go every week. The staff are really friendly and professional. The prices Monday - Thursday are pretty unbeatable and you get a choice of any seat including the nice fancy ones at the back for the same price. The treats are no more expensive than any where else, plus it all goes to help keep open a great venue. Lets not let them go the way of blockbuster and the like into the black hole of online entertainment! Here's to the Odeon, may you forever grace the shores of Putney!
Clean and very good leg room. Went here around Sunday lunchtime. It was fairly quiet so we got served pretty quick at the small counter. Screen 2 is pretty big and has comfortable seats. Top tip for couples, there are 3 pairs of seats behind each other right in the middle where you have no one either side of you. You have an area about the size of an extra seat to store your stuff and if you get the ones towards the front you get a ledge you can put drinks / food on. Top stuff!
Quite small and not too expensive, which is welcome around London.
Eithne helped me yesterday when I wished to change my seat for a forthcoming performance and she could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with her
Seats are good, screen is small and they don't have lighting along the edges of the stairs so instead they leave spotlights turned on full during the movie which completely changed the quality of the picture on the screen. We sat in seats that were completely illuminated by these spotlights during the film. Not good.
