Recent revamp upgraded the standard..also iSense experience is really cool

Excellent renovation and very comfy sofas. Just like watching in the comfort of my home.

Best cinema I have been to friendly staff...fresh food and not stale popcorn like some cinemas...PLEASE open one me York/Selby.. we travel an hour every week to come to the Odeon...NO decent cinema available around York

Renovated cinema is great. Not sure about pre packed popcorn however. And more staff is needed to man the ticket section.

Absolutely shocking. Construction work underway (fair enough), facilities rubbish, at the bar, service took ages, cost a fortune (a small supposed coke £3.25), plus the whole place, construction work notwithstanding is an absolute dump!! As Arnie would say.... "ILL NOT BE BACK!!"

Undergoing building work at the moment (still open though), staff very pleasant, comfortable and everything on time. Plenty of parking. Sweeties a bit expensive...

The Cinema gets a 3 star from me for now. Hopefully when the improvements are made we can watch 3D again. Also my seat was very uncomfortable. There was something wrong with it, it dipped. The staff were all very nice. CS is excellent. The toilets were disgusting. The smell was so bad people pinched their noses.

Took my son for his first experience to Odeon Bradford. I was a bit worried he wouldn't enjoy but the staff made him feel special and gave him a brilliant goodie bag. They were really helpful and polite definitely would recommend taking your child for their first cinema experience to Bradford Odeon

Key thing to remember about this place is most tickets, for even the big shows, are £5.50. They also show event screenings for around £13.00.

The entrance area is big but bare. There used to be two counters (one for just buying tickets and another for snacks) but it's been a long while since they've both been open so can result in long queues. Saying this, I've been several times and been the only one around so have to interrupt the staff chatting. Prices for snacks and drinks are very high, especially in relation to ticket prices.

Screens themselves are run down, with the padding in the seats being flat and most looking threadbare. Arrive early if you'll need the lights to help you find a seat- the cat eyes on the stairs do nothing. There's only a handrail for the first step.

Starting only very recently, there's some refurbishment going on in the entrance area but not sure as to details.

Nice staff. Clean and tidy if a little dated. Not too expensive :)

Really appalled at the lack of disability access, went there only to find that the lifts are not working - information that really should have been posted on their website so people could check BEFORE setting out... it is not good enough to simply put a notice on the door when people have already reached there!

Tickets are cheap and thats about the only good thing! The screen rooms are freezing and everything about the place old and shabby! I remember a few years back how busy this place was this year ive been a fair few times and each time no more than 5 other people in the same screening! The sweets are way over priced and there is always a problem with some drink dispenser! Some reviews seem too harsh on the cleanliness, with the toilets been a favourite subject yet I have no real qualms with the cleanliness of any part of the cinema it all seems moderate!

It was ok I felt a bit limited... but I did witness a great act of kindness.... a diabetic was having a low sugar fit and they no questions asked gave away a free coke
