Nice new cinema that the town badly needed. Staff are always friendly and chatty, place seems clean and tidy. iSense screen and sound system is great. Loads of free parking too, just two minutes walk away.

It's a nice new cinema , that has pleasant staff and good facilities. It's really good to have a local cinema where it's easy and quick to get to, and there are a number of screens to choose from.

Good new cinema. Saw the film Dunkirk on the imax screen. Not much change from £13 but well worth it. Did not bother with any confectionery as it was expensive

Delighted to finally have a cinema return to Northwich. 5 very good screens. A little more love for indie & art house films would be a welcome addition though.

Nice clean and brand new. Only reason not 5 star is very slow service. But everything was fine other than that and enjoyable experience. Also parking great.
A fantastic venue, quality screenings and the new Isence is a fantastic experience. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and good quality. Nice to have the opportunity to sit down and have a drink before or after. Staff are friendly and helpful. A brilliant addition and sure Barons Quay is going to be an amazing venue for a great day or evening out. Well done to those that had the vision to develop this area.
We went last night for the first time, what a splendid place, a really first class building. The Cinema is fantastic, seating, staff, everything is just so. I only have one complaint, and as we were walking out I heard others mention it. The volume was very loud, at one point it hurt my ears.
My friend is deaf in one ear, yet she remarked on the volume, perhaps a tad lower. Nice job though.
