Really good service and great advice.

Went in to buy some bits n pieces, guy behind the counter is chatting with someone. After a while went and put the stuff on the counter, thinking I might get served. No, they just kept on chatting. After a few more minutes, chat over, I start getting served. No apology for being kept waiting.
Appalling service, I won't be hurrying back.

Wow, what an amazing bike shop. My friend and I had a flat tire and only had five pounds with us. But they still helped us fix it. What wonderful people!
