Wonderful place to stay, lots to do, food great. Staff really helpful and friendly

What a great club, the staff are brilliant and really helpful, great facilities and loads of classes to choose from, the gym instructors are really helpful if you want to up your game when you train, I would highly recommend it to anyone #traininsane !!

We were booked a room by my sister for our anniversary. She booked based on the spa and i have to say I’m so glad she did, it was amazing! The swimming pool was freezing so we didnt go in but we spent a good 2 hours in the spa using the jacuzzi, steam rooms, etc. It was great. Our room was an apartment and was great, we didnt expect it to be so big but it was lovely, added extras of a pint of milk, tea & coffee in the room were nice. 2 tvs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room were ideal, we’ve already said we will definitely go back, maybe this time with the children as it looked great for them, a nice little park at the front entrance of the hotel. We paid for breakfast and it was good, the only thing I should say is that we weren’t told we had to request our eggs first then get a plate, but it was a good breakfast where you helped yourself. We both had a massage in the spa which was good. Perfect weekend away!

We had our wedding here on the 1st June....it was the best day of my life. From booking it almost 3 years ago to the actual day it was such an easy process.

Julie who organised our day was so lovely, nothing was ever an issue (even with a groom who is fussy with food) she made sure everything was sorted and even calmed down the bridesmaid...I cannot thank her enough. Also a massive thank you to Kevin....he managed the day brilliantly. He organised the guests and made sure we were ok at all times. Nothing again was an issue - even when the guests started to eat the buffet before it was put out �

The food on the day was incredible - I just wish I could have eaten more!! The evening buffet was also fantastic. I had an image of what things would look like in my head but the buffet exceed my expectations!! I would definitely recommend The China Fleet....I just wish I could do it all again!!! This amazing place has everything for everyone. Well equipped apartments, fantastic leisure facilities (pool, tennis, golf, children play areas to name just a few). And the food is great. Lovely staff throughout. I highly recommend this place.

Never heard of this place before, but what a hidden gem! Tucked away near the picturesque Tamar estuary, peaceful and quiet yet has all you need. Modern accommodation, numerous leisure facilities along with tasty food and exquisite spa treatments. Staff friendly and obliging, will definitely come again, not a bad thing to say about this place

Just had a spa day here and it was the best full body massage and facial I had. Thank you Tara and Leanne we had a blast and we will be back xx

Just got back home after an amazing night's stay. Apartment was out of this world, bed was massive, had a really good night's kip. I have two complaints, although a health club, chips on my steak meal wasn't enough, i certainly wouldn't have reached for the dessert menu if so. I also didn't realise barn spa was different, and had too book treatments before arrival etc. If i knew this i certainly would have booked before. However i had a lovely stay was very much needed and only 10 mins away from home we shall definitley be coming back. Aqua spa and pool was very quiet, and used all rooms. Feeling extremely relaxed thank you, staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Thought the food was reasonable but some slightly over priced. But not all.

I spent Christmas with my son and partner, but we went to visit partners sister and family for Boxing day, so spent the night at the country club, very impressed, I had the king size bed to myself, the sofa bed was large, impressed with kitchen had everything, cooker, fridge microwave, also ironing board and plenty of towels, ideal for families, my son did want to go for a swim, but it was boxing day, bathroom was really nice �

Had the most amazing weekend here fantastic staff lovely food amazing setting wonderful room everything was 100% will definitely be coming back to explore Cornwall 😊😊

Had an absolutely amazing day here today. I had a full body massage by Lauren who was a lovely girl and made me feel as ease.

The spa was fantastic and facilities were so well kept. Food was also delicious.

I will be returning � oh one thing maybe add music to the sauna � to make it less awkward � will be recommending

Had a fantastic massage with Lauren at the barn spa best massage I have ever had!

Then I used the aqua spa with friends for a birthday treat, excellent value for money and will definitely return again. Staff in the barn spa, reception and restaurant were all really helpful and lovely. Thank you �

Excellent all round . First class customer service. Spa smaller than expected but huge swimming pool more than compensated. The customer service was 5 star.

Everything you need with that little bit of extra that you want. Really enjoyed a few nights away with the kids. We absolutely loved it.

Absolutely brilliant spa day yesterday and the food was amazing!! Loved everything about the day.. staff were friendly, facilities were clean and well maintained!! The spa is definitely the best around this area, I’ve also stayed and the lodges are very lovely and comfortable!!

Went as part of a hen do for a spa day and treatment. Treatments were very good, lovely and friendly staff.

Was disappointed with the spa, not enough places for us to sit, very busy so sometimes we couldn’t use the facilities in the spa and the only pool was the every day pool which wasn’t very relaxing. Afternoon tea was very good, they accommodated for two with dietary requirements and there was plenty of selection.

The car park is in desperate need of a refurb, too many pot holes, very dangerous with one of our party falling in the car park as we were leaving.

Personally I won’t be booking a spa day here again or reccommending.

Generally day was ok.

The China Fleet is not a cheap place, so you can take more care about.

On ,,clean'' plates I could see the food bits and mugs with tea stain.

Disappointed!
