I have been going to this place since the 90;s when it was a very small shop on Tib Street! I used to get some great jumpers and other things! American hunting stuff! I still have an old wax jacket from back then! I have also got a couple of pairs of mephisto shoes still!

Fantastic store and staff. Strong denim, footwear offer and aesthetically pleasing with a calm relaxed vibe.

Been to both shop locations and have been doing mailorder since they started back when Christ rode a bike. Excellent customer service and speedy mailorder over the pond. Top togs and too dudes.

Full of gems from Fall Raveon, Pat and Gonia, CD Company and my favourite, Mongwear. Also offers overnight accommodation for anyone sad and lonely enough to queue in the elements all night for some Pumps

Unresponsive customer service. Still waiting for an answer on why an order I placed last Friday hasn't been shipped. 🙄

Preordering on the SPZL drop to certain people, not fair at all as lads queued all night, shocking handling of it all

Ordered a rucksack and t shirt online on Monday paid an additional £6 for next day delivery, it's Thursday and have yet to receive the items and Friday is a Bank Holiday. I've rang the store and I was promised someone would ring me back still not been contacted hours later. The number I rang will now not take calls nor can I leave a voicemail. Terrible customer service to say the least. Very disappointing.

Ordered 3 pairs of socks in the sale on Thursday afternoon and had confirmation straight away that order was accepted looked on the Website Saturday night and the socks had sold out so i was glad I'd put my order in when I did.Emailed them on the Monday to see when delivery was expected....no answer from anyone until Tuesday afternoon when I received a reply saying they'd refunded my money as the socks were out of stock .....utter s##t service

No communication,how difficult is it to answer an email?? WHERE IS MY ORDER? £5 delivery and still not arrived after a week, although no delay in taking my money (funny that) Appalling service, and the last time I bother, I'll stick with End Clothing in the future, never had an issue with them.

Most disappointing buy ever. I bought online 3 pairs of Adidas SPZL size 8 and one of them was too small, so I sent them back to exchange for 8.5 (half size bigger). They made a mistake and sent me not 8.5 but 9.5 size. I emailed them and a nice guy called James told me to send him a picture of the label (?) and then he will tell me what to do. –[Hi David, I am sorry the wrong size was sent can you send me a picture of the box label as it is definitely UK8.5 on the new order. Once I have that I can see what I can sort for you. James]–. I never had news of James again. I sent 7 (yes, seven) emails trying to get an answer, a solution to the problem, but none was answered. Nobody answers the emails at Oi Polloi. I called to the phone but nobody answers the phone at Oi Polloi. This is the customer service of Oi Polloi.
