Visited this morning around 9:30 after driving from Manchester. We were met with a smile and offered drinks immediately, which were refilled free of charge. We had the pancake stack with bacon and a lovely plate of eggs, brisket and hash, all delicious! I commend staff on their service, nothing like other reviews have stated. Also, whilst at the diner our baby had a little sick (quite a lot) incident, after taking his milk. The staff were so friendly and helpful and cleaned it all up for us in seconds, checking that baby was okay and didnt make us feel in anyway bad for the mess. Will definitely be visiting again!!!!!

Tonight my family and I came to have a family meal at this restaurant. Since it's been built, we have wanted to come and try the place. After reading reviews today we were in two minds about whether to come but i can safely say...we didn't have any problems with the service, food or the experience. We were seated quickly (my son was given a colouring page) and asked whether we would like drinks around 5 minutes after sitting down. Drinks came out after about 10 minutes. The waitress came to take our order not long after and she was extremely helpful and friendly. I asked for the fries on my daughter's meal to be swapped for cheese and bacon fries and we would pay the extra and she said that would be perfectly fine. The food took a decent amount of time to come out...food was hot, presentable and were decent portions for the pricing. My daughter's meal came out exactly as we had asked. The food was extremely tasty. We all finished our meals and polished off the plates feeling very full and happy. The waiter did come over during the meal and ASKED if we had finished with the sauces and he would take them out of our way...he didn't just take them away. Our drinks were refilled within minutes of us asking. When we were asked if we wanted pudding, we weren't quite sure about what to have to they left us to decide without any problem. Our puddings came out with reasonable timing too and so delicious! My children enjoyed their meals so much we treated them to a milkshake by which we were surprised to find the amount they made actually filled up the glass twice! The whole experience was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't feel rushed at all. We were in there for around 2 hours and not once did we get the impression that we weren't wanted there. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated to replicate an American diner. The only time we saw the microwave being used was when they needed to heat tortilla wraps, all of the food was cooked fresh and made to order. We came out feeling very happy that we had had such a great family meal. We have already recommended the place to family and friends and will continue to do so. Definitely coming back in the near future!

Came here after a day out my eldest is autistic and loves all things American he couldn't stop smiling the staff are lovely and friendly and the food is amazing I would recommend this place and we will definitely be visiting again

Been here twice now with my Wife and our two Sons (aged 9 and 7). The most recent being early evening on Easter Saturday. Great experience both times - the food was lovely and the service was quick, efficient and friendly. There were two staff serving (a lad called Martin and a girl who's name I didn't catch) and it was very busy but the two of them were on top of it the whole time. Well done - looking forward to our next visit :-)

We thought it was grand! What you see is what you get - nice food decent prices. The staff were helpful but oddly unprofessional, can’t put my finger on it but kind of slapped the food down, didn’t ask if everything was ok - just little things really. Certainly nothing that would put me off going again, if fact we plan to go next week!!

The food was lovely tonight and we were welcomed and found a table very quickly despite it being extremely busy. However, we were incredibly rushed during our meal, particularly when ordering desserts (being told that the kitchen had been clearing up but had stopped as they were waiting for our order - despite the restaurant still being full of customers), and when trying to arrange payment. So the food was fresh and well prepared, but experience was dampened somewhat by us being made to feel we were overstaying our welcome!

The food here is great, loads of choice and super tasty! I've had dinner and breakfast here and it's fab. Coffee is a bit odd, the filter coffee isn't, apparently it comes from a sort of instant syrup and is not very nice. Apart from that, it's brill!

However our sauces were taken off the table 5 minutes after our food came, we felt this was quite rude as people often add extra sauce part way through a meal. The table next to us had to ask another table for some ketchup as their sauces had been removed too - very odd and I've never been anywhere else where they remove the sauces before you've finished eating.

Could do with more staff only seen on young lad cooking the food and serving it cleaning and taking payments nice food and great selection on the menu 4 stars from me

Overpriced, unfortunately with poorly trained staff who don't go that extra mile to make up for the inflated prices..sorry, gave it a go but won't be returning.

Overpriced for what you get. I had curly fries with beef chilli but it could have done with being hotter. Onion rings were cold. Again as other reviews state sauces removed from table with in minutes. Need to up their game!

First and last visit ordered onion rings as a starter then got told they had ran out which you wouldn't really expect for a place that this ! ! sure KFC wouldn't have that problem, they remove sauces before you finished and were in too much of a hurry to clear the table

Staffing problems...you are made to feel rushed... sauce was taken off our table halfway through our meal.

On second visit my mum asked about the burritos and reply was "dunno ive just started"

Closes at 7pm which is odd..we where there at 6.45 eating and music turned off and made to feel we have outstayed our welcome by the staff! Bill put on our table without asking if we wanted anything else as they wanted to close up!!

Wont be returning until better reviews and staff are better trained

2nd visit to the diner! Won’t be rushing back! Waitress was chewing gum and nearly spat it out at my husband when she was taking our order than they ran out of forks so my daughter ended up eating with her fingers!! Nice food pity about the staff!

On our first visit all seemed good until the food came!! They had forgotten to cook one of the orders, maybe understandable if there were 20 of us ordering not 2, so I had eaten mine before my partners came out!!!

We decided to give it another go tonight, anyone would think we only had 10 minutes to eat our food the way the staff continously interrupted us to see if we wanted to order anything for pudding! also ordered a drink that I had to ask 3 times for but did arrive 15 minutes later, only when I got the bill did I realise they had charged me for the same drink 3 times... We definitely won't be returning, the staff are useless and the food is very average and overpriced.

I visited the diner on Sunday. It was raining heavily outside and it was very hot inside. Although there was an air con, there is no chance to open any windows to bring some fresh air. I was dissapointed with that as I just wanted to leave and take a big breath. The food very average and overpriced.

Appalling service only one poor chap seemed to be working, raining outside so they have the air con on that made my sweet potato fries so cold they were inedible and when we said about it they switched off air con and left us and we r still waiting to be asked if we would like anything else or desserts 30 minutes later, dirty dishes still not cleared either and no one asking if we would like our bill... won't be coming here again in any hurry
