We are looking for a chef at a busy pub in Wood Green. We are after someone who has a good experience with Sunday roasts. Must be able to work every Sunday and potentially more prep shifts. Starting at £11 per hour. Thanks!

*Unexciting News*
We are taking over the kitchen @n22prince from next Tuesday till God knows when! We’re cooking pub snacks, JFC buns and Hiroshima style #okonomiyaki (okonomiyaki on Friday & Saturday only). Open 7 nights a week from 5pm till 10pm. Saturday & Sunday from noon till 10pm. We’re also planning on our own take of #sundayroast in the near future too. Basically standard roasts with okonomiyaki brown sauce on top. Not to be missed! @ The Prince N22

#Onomichi is like wee #showaera retro chic town with sea view, tons of temples on the hill & full of locally owned businesses which has become a rarity in Japan. (No #seveneleven in sight! well, apart from one at the station) Everyone comes here for #onomichiramen which is a porky fatty tasty thingy but I’ve had a pleasure of trying out the local legend that is #カレー中華 at a small 8-seater restaurant called Miyachi. It’s like #curryudon but with #ramen noodles. Nothing outrageous but it’s a comfort food at its best. Tip! @ 尾道

Another year another #toshikoshisoba. Hope everyone’s having an amazingly wonderful NYE with your loved ones. We have some unexciting plans for 2020 such as another residencies in another pubs in the middle of nowhere, the launch of brand new condiments that nobody is asking for and cooking trips to countries nobody wants to visit. We do these things because it is a lot of fun. It’s only fun actually. It’s the last week shredding and cooking cabbages in 2019. Grateful for everyone to come try our food time and time again. Even though I was born into a bakery/sweets shop, I don’t like sweet things that much. I don’t enjoy eating it let alone cooking them. I think it’s a waste of time and sugar is bad for you. But then bad things are always really good fun right?😏And people in Britain demand something sweet after a meal at night. So I’ve asked my friend/colleague/good cook @gpaddyb to come up with something Japanese-y and sweet. Now we have #miso #caramel #icecream #granola & #mirin #poachedpear with #cardamom #cream for your satisfaction @louielouie.london. Now they are two dessert dishes not all in one dish. That’d be stupid. As stupid as voting for Tories. They are a rare case of being bad but not good fun. You can keep your sweets but do the right thing today, people of Britain!
