Under the Tories, over 20,000 police officers have been cut despite promises to protect frontline policing. Now overstretched police forces across the country, including London's Met police are seeing a disturbing increase in the most serious and violent crime.
You can’t keep people safe on the cheap - Labour will hire 10,000 extra police officers to prioritise neighbourhood policing.
