Chef Scott Hessel the youngest ever winner of the Roux Brothers Scholarship. Is passionate about cooking fantastic great local produce with flair and imagination. Popular dishes include Shetland King Scallops; the ever present fresh fish and seafood; the renowned game; and of course the signature crispy oriental belly pork and king prawns.

Our aim is to create some of the best dining Yorkshire has to offer in relaxed surroundings, with an impressive wine list and personal service.
