We're super excited to be popping up June 13th to 15th at Finsbury Avenue Square, with the Singapore Tourism Board and VisitSingapore as part of the Singapore Bicentennial, commemorating the British founding of Singapore in 1819. After all, we've always said without Sir Stamford Raffles (the man who 'discovered' Singapore), we'd never have come up with this wonderful fusion pastry - the curry puff!
We'll be unveiling a special puff just for the event - can you guess what it ...is?
Also hawking Singaporean delights is Candlenut, the only Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant in the world. Honoured!
